We are Katherine and Grégoire and we run a small urban farm harvesting microgreens year-round in the West-Island of Montreal.
Here at Les Jardins Gwenan, we believe in supporting small-scale, locally produced food. After hearing so many stories about how far our food travels and how much of it is wasted, we wanted to be part of the solution.
We grow our microgreens without using pesticides or other harmful chemicals. By keeping it local, we reduce our carbon footprint and because all of our produce is grown to order, nothing goes to waste.
